Gray

is their anything Magickly special about this color??? isnt this color used to astral?

Don't know how to use colors to astral project, but when I'm out I'm usually blue ... others say they're made out of golden light.

I think gray can mean something balanced, something in hiding, fatigue, confusion, or apathy.

I took steps that said to imagine my astral body as grey when i was practicing astral projection!

Gray can mean different things. What's magical about it is just that though, it can mean different things. It's in the middle, it can be one or the other, and yes it is commonly used in astral projection.

Nicole-- if this is still about your aura, I did read an interesting tidbit about Plato's caste system in his ideal world-- he sorted three kinds of "souls": the bronze/iron soul (concerned with keeping the country running with craftsmanship and commerce, later to be played by Robert Downey Jr.), the golden soul (enlightened philosophers who ruled the state), and silver soul (the warrior class.)

It sounds a little too "sorting hat" to apply to everyone, but it's also interestingly alchemical. (Wonder if the class between bronze and silver would be called coppers...)

Never heard of that technique before (0_o) shame on me. googling like mad and still can't find it. Was this from a book?

Gray is also a very lunar color, so that might associate it with dreams, the subconscious astral body, ghosts and otherworldly psychism.

Gray magick is when you perform magick for others... ^_^ that is what I refer as anyways... O_O you can be either using white, black, pink, blue...whatever color you want *_* but if you are casting it for some one else is gray magick. You should not practice grey magick without the consent of others...if you are then, it is not gray...Grey magick is tricky since you are using magick to change the aspect of life of others... so when you ask some one to cast a spell for you... you are asking them to use gray magick... O_O
