You could try a glamour type spell, those are supposed to be able to create the illusion of altered appearance, although I can't say I've done any, so I don't know the limitations, if they work well, or anything truly useful to you, sorry.

Dont be so quick to say that grg, there is actually a disorder that compells people to drink blood. So in a sence, Vampires do exist. Just not exactly how their commonly seen in films.

I understand what you want, however you cannot physically change your appearance. You could try glamour, and wishing spells to draw out these characteristics in yourself and make them bolder.
If you could provide a list of characteristics you wish to have, this would be way easier.

Sincerely,
Scrupulous

Let me share some information on this topic of vampires. Vampire, upir, wampir, vampyr and vapior may very well have derived form the word ubir, a Turkish work for "Witch". Vampires from ancient traditions and to the modern imagination is they both drain life-essence from others, one way or another. Blood-sucking vampires did not exist prior to Bram Stocker’s 1987 novel, they were rare and are very much a product of Gothic fiction. Traditionally speaking are the living corpses of witches/sorcerers/shamans/magical practitioners who have risen from the grave, out for revenge. Another Interpretation is that a vampire is a living sorcerer who is able to send out his or her shadow soul (and recall it when desired) and that soul is interpreted as a vampire.
