To some extent. Depends on what you are hoping to achieve, and what sort of spirit you seek to bind.

I would still maintain that one should explore such concepts before describing them as new, or giving them names such as "fourth eye." Otherwise it is clever exploration.

To my experience, elemental do not create flame from nothing. They exist more within existing flames.

Belief results in confidence, which in turn reinforces willpower. Without such attributes, you cannot cause one's intent to manifest. However belief alone does not make things possible.

Doubt is a sure fire way to fail..and I take the fourth eye to be the elemental side of our "ness".. the eye of the storm, if you will. This, I think, is similar to animal instinct regarding the weather..

Animal instinct and so forth is further associated within the third eye concept... complete, blanket, total awareness. This includes awareness and understanding of the elements. Blanket. Total. Awareness.

The fourth eye, as described within the concept by its creator, binds an elemental to teach you to manipulate the elements in your dreams. This is evocation.
