Say their name,than "Mote it be" or "Shall it be" or "May it be" Whatever feels good to you. I'd go with 'So Shall it be" but it's your choice. ;)

Sorry, I am new - but very much a veteran in witchcraft/spells/spiritualism etc.
Before EVER performing such a spell as "love" . Think if YOU would like to be controlled yo such of a person who does not feel this?
There are many a spell (pretty much all) that work - as long as you, your beliefs etc are manifested into them. But if the recipient is NOT willing - Never will it work. And if against the will - only for a very short term. Then this shall leave the person (who did the spell) worse off than before. Why do it? Why bring harm to yourself with the one who was never "yours" to begin with?
Instead, ask the universe (spirits etc) to bring to you your mate.
A good way of this: Make 2 lists (identical) of the perfect soul for you in this life. Be specific - yet not shallow. (do NOT ask for certain looks etc - ONLY for who you believe is perfect for you - example : attentive, energetic, empathetic, etc) After much thought.. split the 2 lists.. keep one in very safe place. Burn the other into a red candle.. (or pink) chanting (to the universe) bring to me this person who will be right for me - until you feel the spirits have heard. Release the energy inside you for this. And let it be! Have Faith - Give it time.. and the RIGHT person for you - shall be in your life within the lunar month! (keep your eyes open..sometimes the perfect person is already somebody you know or see daily - yet never brought to mind )
put your hands on eachother's hearts and say: "I/we make this love, i/we will it to me, i wish (insert lovers name) to love (me/ your/her name), so mote it be!"
also, how it come back at you (at least the way i have noticed) is the spell works for a short time (3-4 months) then the person starts to hate you, and it just goes downhill for a while. but it hurts for the time being. just giving you my experiences.
