First of all meditate,,,, and if u need to vizualize u can think of the indigo colur flowing inside to the 3rd eye,,, then relax ,,think a wall over the 3rd eye thats smelt/ brake slowly,,,i used this the first time,,, worked for me,,, but now i just relax and let it come,,, u dont try to see some pictures u just relax and let ir come
