I wear a piece of jewlery that I have blessed for protection personally. There's not a lot of times that I need to protect myself magickally. If you feel yourself under attack for some reason then see yourself surrounded by mirrors and that the mirrors face outwards reflecting the negativity back to the sender. Don't keep this up all the time because you can end up reflecting the positive things away from you.
i think that if u havent ever done magik b4 than u should try doing protection spells b4 self defence. in my opinion i think its best because self defence seems like using your own abilities to protect yourself and protection spells are like protection by the elements, the gods/godessess ect.
Hey all. Just wondering if any of you can let me know of anyone who can teach me self defence magick. I have been to loads of places but had no luck
I'm Never really done any magik before.
Then magical combat should be the least of your worries. In the thirty-five-odd years (some of them VERY odd,) that I've been practicing, I've never once had to anything that even remotely resembled magical combat.
In any case, if you're anything like the majority of the people who post here, you'll have enough trouble with basic things like grounding and maintaining personal shields.
