1. Okay lets start, lay down in the floor, your arms and legs cannot be crossed !!! breathe through your noses and concentrate in your breathing how it goes out and in of your nose, feel the motion of your breathing, do this for more than 3 minutes.

2. Imagine you have a ‘mental hand’. Stroke yourself with this ‘hand’ up and down motion from your feet and up your legs, over and over again, Try to feel them relaxing you, Continue this up through the center of your torso, paying particular attention to the chakras. If you notice tension anywhere, send the 'hand’ there and rub yourself and the tension will vanish.

3. Stay in this state of deep relaxation for a few moments, and when you feel it's time to go then go out of your deep relaxation, open your eyes slowly and take three deep breaths.
