She said "cappy" not "crappy". In other words no need to yell. People just talk trash and they're going to. Even if we split this site into 2,3, or 100 parts someone is gonna come along and craptalk. Why? Because somebody's always right and somebody's always wrong. Or everyone is delusional.
Okay, well here's an opinion. It's a very good thought to try and make things a little more peaceful and tolerable, but the fact is that, no matter in what situation, segregation ultimately pits people against each other.
It's a bad deal that not everyone pays attention to thoughts behind theosophy, because rather than singling each other out for our religious differences we could search for the denominator that ties them together. Both of our ideas are made for an ideal world, and it's just not.
Used to be? It seems like the more time goes by, the more segregated we get. So we got past the color issues. Still got lower, middle, and upper class citizens. Catholics, baptist, firstborn, pentecostal, and my favorite...non-denominational, which is just less conservative petacostal, wicca, satanism, junkies, hippies, jocks, good god and jesus I could go forever! And everyone is RIGHT! Now...how do I mean that?
Perdurabo I agree on that! I also agree with almost all of you above that tolerance is key. Who am I to say who is right and who is wrong. I have my own opinion for sure but sometimes I learn from other peoples opinions and philosophys. I personally like to see all the different beliefs on here and knowing that I can ask anyone about it.
Everyone is right because there is truth in everything.
My personal belief is that there is one higher being/energy or whatever else you want to call it that people look at and worship/use in whatever way they need in this life. No one is wrong, they just do it differently.
So that is why I say segregating is not needed. We all worship/use/obey/whateveryouwanttoinserthere the same thing. We simply do it differently and call it different names.
pain it also sounds to me like you don't want to be attacked, i think maybe you had a moment of frustration trying to find a certain thing or opinion and didn't get it at the time. I don't know that is just how it sounds to me...
