"Belief really has nothing to do with it. It is more due to the amount of energy that can be raised and the intent that can be properly attached to it. Belief is honestly unnecessary to do magic, though it can help. People can do magic without believing in magic. For instance, prayer is not considered a form of magic by Christians generally, however it could be if while praying one sent the energy into it. Now you'll say that they believed it would work none-the-less, and therefore belief is still key. However, take this example: A scary ghost story is told. Everyone subconsciously is focused on the ghost and the wish to be scared. It is possible for them to make a servitor (accidently) who's purpose is to scare the pants off them. So belief in magic really isn't what limits us, rather it is our energy needs that limit us.

I do believe that magick could possibly help speed up the growth by some measure, but you would have to do a good deal of work yourself.

You can make people think your eye color has changed. It won't make your blue eyes brown for real though. ;)

I don't count illusions as changing reality.

As for biokinesis...that would require restructuring the DNA and the cells. This would require knowledge of biology and chemistry to a level we currently cannot match. It would also require quite a bit of energy to do because you would have to break chemical bonds and remake them.

I however do believe it is possible to slightly influence things in the body, but only slightly. Any major changes would hit the reasons above. You can influence your body to grow more muscles simply by believing what you are doing will cause them to do so. So, do the spell, but don't forget to do the work. If you don't do the work mundanely, you aren't gonna get very far.

The best way to get stronger and build muscle mass while still incorporating magick is to use a spell that fits your needs and then start working out, you can't cast a spell and not do everything in your power to make the outcome what you want it to be. so even though you cast a muscle spell, you are not going to gain strength without working for it.

I follow the horned god, and he has aspects of a warrior, as do my Celtic/ Gaelic ancestors so I simply created a ritual that would outline my work, and show my results to become a warrior, granted i'm no bruce lee, I did see significant results in a much greater time than I expected

you need amino acids for muscle growth,its what the muscle feeds on,they are quite cheap i get mine from www.muscleform.com .

If anything I would cast a spell not necessarily to make the muscles grow but to facilitate the things required for muscle growth, maybe cast a spell to ensure things don't get in your way of going to the gym regularly, or cast a spell to make yourself more motivated. Maybe you could cast a spell to bring people into your life who will encourage you to work out, be creative man, magic is an art.

I have discover a new spell wich you can take from an other person his strength for 2 minutes. All you must do is to say the word ''katastalaksys'' and then touch someone in his body to gain all of his strength.

Many actors do it this way: they eat like these proteine potions when they go to sleep. It stimulates the muscles while you sleep. A friend of me is into kickboxing, and he uses it to grow his muscles real big before a big fight. No magic neaded!
