Considering the topic, and the forum, yes. If this was a self-help forum and the original poster asked for "help becoming more cognisant of these adolescent changes," then maybe your reply would be more appreciated.

I must have missed that tad. Would you presume to judge that I was a precocious 13-year-old then, or a retarded 20-year-old now? LOL....I don't think I'll have too much trouble with me practicing witchcraft right now since its summer and I don't have to do alot of stuff that I'm supposed to be doing....and my parents are okay with me practicing this (I think)...well they occasionally change their opinions but they let me practice this anyway...and I'm not really going to really obvious magic thing since I'm only practicing simple stuff like astral projection and telekinesis for now...

Well ok but I just think there are so many issues relating to emerging as an adult that to take on board these other issues can seriously screw you up. You've only got to look at some of the idiots on here who think they're gods and demons to realise some of them can be deemed as role models. Not a happy thought.
I just know how long it has taken me to become what I am today. There has to be apprenticeship and that includes advice from someone of my age and experience. That though, is not to negate any wisdom you have to offer.
One of the penalties and inadequacies of being this far on is denial of gifts youngsters may have. Naturally I wish to take them all under my wing and teach them accordingly in the right ways of magic. Did I just hear somebody yell modesty?
Look you folk that think I speak out of turn on age. Take yourself forward a couple of decades and you will see what I'm on about. Historically it is the older ones who are deemed to be wise. And ask yourself why?
I would doubt there would be any person on here who has been practising for a fair length of time who would give advice to a 13 year old on how to manipulate people. That's just not on.

Look I have five kids that range from 30 down to your age and also 3 grandkids. My youngest is a female who is 13 this year.
I really don't want to put you off wiccan. That's not my remite. It is a noble art and not to be messed around with yet at the same time, with correct procedure can conjure up all you want in life.
However, the first principle has to be the recognition that folk are folk with rights and not one of us chose the looks, the personality, nor the build we were born with, and each of us is vulnerable.
Having the power gives us an awesome edge and it cannot be used lightly. Having power makes us responsible in so many ways. To govern another's free will on a willy-nilly basis is just being a bully. Is that what you want?
