Astral Blockage

Ive been trying my hand at astral projection for quite some time now. It seems that whenever I get close I get pulled back. I can start to feel the astral body separating but then i get jerked back. Anyone have any advice? Or want to contribute a favorite method?

it could possibly be that you are concentrating to hard on it, completely let go as the seperation starts to take place, also, i've heard that often once is only allowed into Astral once you have humbled yourself or have lost hope in doing it, strange world we living in..

yeah i got that too xD so supposed to give up on it? when I reach that stage to enter the astral plane?

Not so much give up as let go.
