There is no 'most magical' language. It is a matter of personal preference. The language simply helps focus the mind and clarify the intention for the conscious.
Many dont realize it but language itself is magick in many ways. The easiest way to focus energy is by symbolism. When we draw a circle we are creating a symbol to focus our energy. When we Use ritual tools we are useing symbols that associate specific types of energies to our work. When we use divination tools we are useing symbols that attract different kinds of energy from the world around us to read it. All language is is a spoken and written form of symbol. I find that in magick divination really sets the stage for this. And here there are two major methods that are used. Tarrot which is divination by pictures and Runes which get into the written form of symbol. Start here and see what you can find.
It is ones will that determines the effectiveness. That being said the words of old, dead languages, runes, etc tend to be more powerful because the words themselves are engrained with the will of their people.

They are not necessarily ingrained with anything if you don't understand them or have no connection to the people. Most old languages aren't potent because of some attachment to dead nations and people, but because of tonal inflection or due to the fact that old languages tend to present words with multiple meanings, and thus layered symbolism. Modern language has evolved to be more specific.
Words, thought etc all carry power. If you feel a certain language suits your work, use it.
I would think the language best for you would depend on your path, such as celtic for Wiccan, maybe Latin for Christian, Hebrew for Kabbalah.
