make a circel aroudn oyu of salt(sea salt is better)saying "no evil sprits shall come nor any lower enties... " then mediate in a chair naked if it's wamr enoguh if not the mediate in a white robe... then in medtion imagine your clothign then take it off and say i have notihng to hide.. (even if your naked jsut imagine it ...) and then make two giant cones if power in your medtion it's like a signal for sprits then you'll see an eye or wahtever and DONT" MOVE! and then tlak to your sprit ... ask and you'll get an answer.... and most sprits are cholitc so say a choltic prayer... iu'm sorry if it's unaccruate i got most of this from the book "white witchraft"
