Astral projection

can someone tell me about the effects of astral projecting for the first time.just the other day i tried it,actually it was my first time of trying it.for sometime i thought it was working,just then a friend of mine distracted my attention.after a few minutes i became totally weak,something that has never happened to me before.what can i do about it.

I think it's different for everyone. I usually return with a slight headache and major hunger pangs (even if I was full when I left, half an hour ago.) Others feel chilly and clammy. I suppose, best way to get grounded is to do something physical-- eat, drink, exercise to warm yourself up a bit, or maybe just take a couple of minutes to lie there and breathe and get your bearings... you can also find psychic energy sources that you feel better after drawing from.
