I'm a solitary hedgewitch practicing Old European Witchcraft, 47, married 27 years, housewife, three kids (a 20 year old daughter, a 16 year old son, a 28 year old stepson), 6 dogs, 2 black cats, and a ferret. I'm closely guarded (some say a tough nut to crack, I just like to keep people guessing), very opinionated, somewhat argumentative, sometimes a bit loud, a little more cynical in my older age, a tad eccentric (I refuse to be like everyone else), sarcastic as hell, fastidious to a fault... a very curious creature. I'm a wortcunner, spellcrafter, hedgerider, I read tarot and runes, my specialty is of course... herbs, I grow as many as I can in my little corner of the world. Witchcraft to me is not a religion but a way of life, my heart belongs to the old ways and I couldn't follow another path if my life depended on it. No, I am not Wiccan, I'm Pagan... my ancestry is Irish/Scottish with a bit of German Gypsy and Native American blood thrown in. I'm currently studying the way of the Druids as well as Native American spirituality as one great-great-great grandmother and another great-great grandmother were full blood Creek Indians.
