Take the bowl of water and add the ingredients. Now, take the wooden spoon and stir it. Then take the bowl and put it in the microwave for 3 min. on high. After its done, take it out of the microwave and stir it once more. Now take your head and put it over the bowl: take deep breaths, breathing in the magic and breathing out any stress. Drink in sips until gone or until you feel your psychic awareness increased to its full ability.

Put all the ingresients in the botlle. Write on the piece of paper:

"Hear me elders and hear me spirits, hear my words and hear my lyrics, protect my familly, my home and me do this now so let it be."

Put the paper in the botlle too. Then burn the paper and the basil inside the botlle until they turn to ash. Hold the botlle outside the window so you wont get smoked9but be carefull not to drop it)!!! After its all burned out pour the ingredients outside your door.

First, make a circle out of the candles. You should have four white candles arranged in a circle with four black candles between them. Then, lay in the center of the circle. Relax your body and your mind. Doing meditation may help with this. Once you are in a relaxed state, chant the following:

"Remove the chains,
of time and space.
And make my spirit soar.
Let these mortal arms embrace,
The life that haunts before".

Shut your eyes and focus on letting your mind wander to your past lives. When done with the visualization, blow the candles out and remove them from the circle.

Place the seven white candles in a circle around a mirror while you chant the following: "Great Goddess of the lunar light, Mistress of the Seas. Great Goddess of the mystic night, and all its mysteries. Within this place of candles bright and with your mirror nigh: protect me with your awesome might while ill vibrations fly".

Make the string into a circle then place the candles in a triangle inside the circle. Now, light the candles and chant: "I shun the dark - I beckon the light, circle stand strong- protection last long".

You may blow out or snuff the candles and remove them. Keep the string circle intact (you may tie the ends and move it around if you want to) for 2 weeks, then you may do the spell over again.

On a sunny day place the crystal on a table where it will catch the light. Sit at the table and breathe in deeply through the nose. Hold the breath for a moment or two before exhaling through the mouth. Repeat this several times, absorbing the light cast by the crystal as you breath in and breathing out any negative feelings, doubts and darkness.

Once you have been breathing in this way for a minute or two, stand and start to visualize a ring of crystal rising around you, from your feet upwards, getting higher and higher with each breath you take. When the crystal ring is above head height, see it close over you, forming any shape in which you feel comfortable to be enclosed- a pyramid perhaps, or maybe a dome.
