Visualize you are standing in a a blue pentacle and chant:

"Cast a circle thrice about to keep the evil spirits out, to bind the spell every time let the spell be spake in rhyme."

Squeeze your hand and visualize a shining golden light emitting from you hand. Let it build in strength, when you are ready release it in the air and say:

"By the power of Tetragrammaton Elohim let the sky be engulfed with in light!"

Chant:

Visualize yourself making a psi ball but make it into a protective sphere around you body. It can be any colour, and you can add any element you want to it. When you are finished and ready chant:

"Contego!"

Focus on your root chakra,(if you can use the chakras) or just focus on the life force energy around you that is found nature.

Place your palm on the ground and visualize your energy returning. Feel it going through your whole body and recharging you.
