First you must know your Element then say: Wind and Fire, guide me to my desires. Say that a few times.

Element: Wind wil help you to focus and be motivated to reach a goal.

Element: Fire will strengthen you and your desires to stand up for yourself or someone else.

To have confidence, you must believe in yourself. I know it sounds Cheesy but It does work. You have to focus on what you want to be more Confident in. And if you ever have a time in life where you feel scared, or lost, you an always remember your element.

Say the following clearly and loudly while looking to the sky:

"clouds of black, clouds of white, strike the earth with thy might. Bring lightning, thunder, and rain, so my plea is not in vain!"

The power of the spell is dependent on the amount of energy you put in to the spell. It does not work everytime.

say the following:

"The wind is strong, but my will is stronger. The wind is cold but my warmth is greater. So with these advantages, I use my power, to banish the wind in this hour!"

This spell does not work every time it is cast. Just a warning.

Start by closing your eyes, visualize the rain. How heavy you want it to be, how long, how it feels on your skin.

Open you eyes. If you have a wand, point it to the sky and say,

"Water nymphs on the sky,

Let the rain fall from up high.

Let the flowers bloom,

To make up for the rain's gloom."

Pause and visualize the rain again, they say,

"three times three, so mote it be"

I tested this a few times, and it will more than likely take a while, but it should work as long as it's cloudy

Find a place outside, and begin concentrating on the wind. Listen to it, and understand it's feelings, words and emotions. Understand what different types of winds mean. If you are good enough, you can have a conversation with the wind.
