Do this spell on a Saturday of a waning moon. Set the candles in a triangle so that you may sit in the middle. Light them, and write the bully's name on a piece of paper. Draw an X over thier name, then fold the paper three times while you say:
"I bind you, bully, so you cannot hurt me anymore. Both physically and emotionally. Get out of my life and leave me alone. I bind you, (name), I bind you".
Tie the thread around the paper and pop it in the jar, then screw on the lid. Snuff out the candles, leave the triangle and go indoors. The next day, bury the jar or hide it where it will not be found.
Place the book you want to bless on a table or altar. Say, "I will serve the great Goddess and give reverence to the Great God. I am a pagan, a stone in the ancient circle. I stand firmly on the balanced earth, yet open to the winds of heaven. I endure though time. May the old Gods witness my words, so mote it be".

What you need to do:
Your altar should have on the upper right hand a white candle representing the god and at the upper left side a white candle to represent the Goddess. In the middle there should be sea salt in a cup or cauldron with boiling warm water the incense should be at the very bottom facing towards you.
Take your oil and anoint each item on you altar. With the candles you want to start in the middle and rub up, and to go down start in the middle and rub down while anointing say these words:
''I ward off any and all negativity, in my home, work, school, and in my everyday life, No evil or negativity shall enter here.''
After you've anointed every item picture a white light around you when you feel like the white light is over powering picture the white light hovering over your home, work, school, when you feel ready say these words.....

Say this out loud or to yourself but say it enough times so you feel it has worked. When you are done picture the white light around you and your home work school etc... and let the white candles and incense
burn until it goes out by itself.
Stand in cross position and say, "Light of heaven". Then draw three 6s in the air while saying, "Fires of hell". Throw one hand into the air and the other towards the ground while you say, "I call you both together to break this spell". Visualize power of both beginning to surround you and be stored within your hands. Now put hands over the cursed thing (object or yourself) and yell, "Curse, break!".
You can bless a candle so it protects you until it burns out.

put all of the candles on table then fire them.
then take the oil, and draw with the oil a upside down pentagram, around the table (but not to close!!)
put the bowl with oil on the table,
fire the pentagram, and the oil who is inside the bowl.
Put the blood and the bones inside of the bowl with burning oil, then say: from fire of earth, to fire at hell, make( place you are)a living hell!!! Dracul, diablo,(then scream) TEPEZ!!!
