Walk around the space you're cleansing with the lit incense chanting this,
hands up to the moon/sun/sky moving clockwise in a circle.
Do this at least 3 times or until you feel all energy is positive

Recite this chant five times:

Help me dream to my lover,

Medtate on a point in time you want to remember. Focus intensely on this moment for as long as it takes to recall.

Pour moon water in bowl.put the 7 candles around the bowl and light them.
