#2094 - A Good Night's Rest
If you have lavender in a liquid form, dab a small amount of it on your pillow. If your lavender is in a solid form, place a small amount on the inside of your pillow so it is where you place your head.
Set some water on to boil for your chamomile tea. Do not use sugar, even if you are a sweet tooth!
Sit on your bed in cross-legged or criss-cross position (yes, these are different). Criss-cross is how one sits on a rug in kindergarten. Cross-legged is a formal yoga and meditation position, but since it is hard for some people, criss-cross is fine.
Breathe in and out, feeling the life flow in to as you breath in, and your muscles relax as you breath out. If you having any stress and/or nagging thoughts, imagine them as a black smoke that you breath out as you exhale, and imagine a white, glowing, healing smoke that you breath in. As the healing smoke fills your lungs, feel your lungs cleaning what is already pure, making the glow even brighter and warm as it flows through your veins.
Think of your self sitting on a large and comfortable tree stump in a warm and sunny woodland area. See the sunlight pour in through the leaves and needles, breathe in he scent of fresh young ferns and moist rich soil. Hear the song birds singing and flittering about in the trees.
Continue to sit in your warm woodland setting until the kettle goes off, in which you should then finish making your sugarless tea(the sugar will just keep you up). Inhale the warm white steam of the tea as you wait for it to cool down. Smell the chamomile, and even if the smell wears off on you eventually, it will still be calming you down.
Drink your tea placidly, meditating along the way. Now you've finished your tea and gone to bed, as your lying there, breathe in and out healing yourself with your breath.
Feel each muscle individually relaxing, slowly until you are completely relaxed and you feel as if you cannot move, nor want to. Imagine your self on an empty beach, it is dusk out and comfortably warm. You are lying in the sand, you can feel each grain shift to fit your resting form perfectly. you are near the edge of the shore and you can feel the soft, clear, and warm water flowing back and forth over your feet and calves.
If you find this setting unpleasing, you can change it to whatever you want, remember to enjoy in detail and feel at peace with yourself.

#2095 - Weight Loss
You get 1 white, 1 blue, and 1yellow candle. Light them all in front of a mirror and say this chant:
"Lighter thinner
This I say
Make me my right size
On this very day"
When you finish this chant, pour the wax from the candles into a small glass with a new wick in it. Repeat this day after day until your new candle is made. Burn your new candle until it or the wind puts the candle out. When you're feeling overweight again light the candle and let it put itself out.

#2096 - Ease a Broken Heart
On a Friday morning or evening (the day sacred to Venus) take a bath in sea salt in the light of a pink candle. As you dry off and dress, sip the strawberry tea. Use a dab of strawberry oil as perfume or cologne. Apply makeup or groom yourself to look your best. Cast a circle with the willow wand around a table the the other ingredients. Light the second pink candle. Mix all oils and herbs in the bowl.
While you stir look at yourself in the mirror and say aloud: "Oh,Great Mother Goddess, enclose me in your loving arms and nurture and bring forth the Goddess within me."
Gaze deeply into the mirror after you have finished mixing the ingredients and say aloud: "I represent the Great Goddess, Mother of all things. I shine in the light of the Golden Wings of Isis. All that is great and loving only belongs to me."
Then put half the mixture in the pink bag and add the penny and crystal. Carry it with you always or until you find another love. Leave the other half of the potion in the bowl, out in a room where you will smell the fragrance. Repeat this ritual every Friday if necessary.

Ground and center and while doing that think of positive energies entering your body as you breathe in and the negative energies leaving your body when you breathe out. While doing that say "in with the positive, out with the negative". Repeat spell if needed or repeat the words.

2. Set the black cloth in the middle.
3. Light the candles, as you light them say,
''This pain I feel,
Let it be known,
To the one I used to love,
Make them feel,
How I feel,
Don't protect them from anything.''
4. Light up the heart paper first.
5. Light the picture on fire.
6. Once everything is completely burned, gather up the ashes and send them out on a windy day.

1. Light the candles one by one repeating the persons name.
2. Say,
''Pain of my leave me alone.
They have gone, no more can be done.
Keep away from me the pain.
Forever and ever,
So mote it be.''
3. Then spread the cloves around you in a circle. You should start to feel a little better.
4. Relax and burn out the flames.
