To make it rain where you are.

Fill the bowl with water, and place the bowl in front of you. Then place your hands a few inches off the bowl. Feel the the water energy (dark blue color) flow from the bowl to your hands. Then recite:

"Water nymphs strike the clouds, so rain can fall freely to the ground."

While chanting, visualize it raining and the clouds pouring rain.

The more water in the bowl and the more you energy you take, the more rain falls. This is the beginning of more advanced storms.
