A great way to start the Liturgical season of Lent for Christian Witches! This rite is symbolic of the 40 days Jesus spent in the wilderness avoiding temptation from evil.

On a piece of paper, write whatever mistakes you made in the last year. Were they sins? Was anyone hurt? What makes you feel bad about what you did?
Next, write what you will give up or devote yourself to for Lent.
Once you are done, fold the paper into the cauldron or other fire-safe area. Pray or meditate on what is written on the paper. How did you feel when you did these things? How can you do better?
Set the paper on fire and let it burn to ash.
Once it is completely burned, smudge the sign of the cross on your forehead and say to yourself "From dust I came and from dust I will return.”

There are many ways you could do this. Here is one gas floating around for a while.
Sprinkle the Amulet with salt.

This spell is most poweful when performed on a Friday.
When everyone else is asleep, consecrate the items, and light the candle.
Spend some time focused on the flame, seeing it getting larger and larger, and burning brighter,and brighter, filling the house with peace, and love, and banishing all negative vibrations. Spend as long as you feel is necessary on this.
Put some drops of oil into the water, or place the rose quartz in the water, before holding each flower up to the flame and see each one being charged with peace and love.
Then take the flowers and water around the house, room by room, dipping the flowers into the water and using them to sprinkle it around , visualize love and peace raining down with each droplet. Sprinkle extra in the rooms where arguments tend to break out the most!
Say this very softly as you go:
Water gentle, flowers bright.
Restore peace and love here tonight.
Make my family a happy one.

Also apologize for any bad behavior or unkind thoughts and words on your part. Express your desire to rectify the situation an put this matter behind you. At the end of your letter, write
