I like to use as well Sun related items in ritual work, such as stones with a Sun connection such as yellow topaz or tiger's eye, as well as flowers with a Sun connection such as marigolds or sunflowers. It is definitely an interesting form of magic, especially for those whom worship male diety/ies solely.

A fine start. I would include deities associated with the sun as well as various types of sun worship and solar holidays such as Litha.
