White Fasting or in Indonesia called puasa mutih.
How to do:
Start fasting at the first time you wake up or anytime as long as u eat once. By the way, you could drink anytime as long its a water or something white.
Eat and drink list:
- white egg
- 4 spoon rice a day
- white milk
Do this for 3-7 days but the more you do it, the more you will achieve. Another tip to get a sixth sense, while doing white fasting I suggest to learn and research chakra meditation. If you do many meditations while fasting, it can help to achieve this with less of a struggle.
