How to do:
Start fasting at the first time you wake up or anytime as long as u eat once.
Btw u could drink anytime as long its a water or something white.
Eat and drink list:
-4 spoon rice a day
Do this for 3-7 days but as more as u do it as more as u achieved.

While doing white fasting i suggest to learn and research meditate chakra.
Do many meditation while fasting.
