If you have not centered yet, I advise you to before this step because you might get dizzy. I want you to focus on energy, not part of your center or core, and push them gently but firmly into the ground. Do this one more time with the middle layers now and gently but firmly still. Now, take hold of your center and push all other energies into the ground as hard as you can. You should feel focused and more stabilized now. If not, go back to centering and make sure the center or core is all you and not just a random thought for yourself.
