I'm experiencing a psychic attack right now - Paralysis and feeling like my skull is being crushed and that my mind is on fire near the frontal lobes of my brain. I am also considering that the witch responsible has a spirit or demon under its control and is using it to attack me as I have been hearing unexplained noises and lights flickering only when I'm alone and vulnerable, as in out of my room where my protective sigils, runes and symbols are drawn on the wall above my bed and on paper in two small velvet bags, one in my pillow and one in my bag.

Someone help, please...
