Well,here`s a tip on your inner power.

Meditation-always do it at least 30 mins,don`t go too harsh.just take your time.If you`re an expert,you can do it 2 hours or any timing if you want to.

Exercise the body and mind-Try to do some exercise for your body and mind like work-out for your body and read,play,studied ortry to take mental challenges for the mind.its simple,you`ll get use to it.

Lastly.

Imagination and willpower-get some art doings or try to do simple spells or make psi balls.Its basically helps you a lot.
All that takes time,don`t go harsh on it.Be cool on your doings.

And try to do something beyond impossible.not suicide or anything else DANGEROUS!!
Try making a plant grow rapidly or make something that can really make you happy.
