Sorry, but you cannot create lightning no matter what sort of fumes you are inhaling. In addition, fasting for a week could be harmful to your health. This is not a spell that is going to work.

As Lark wonderfully stated, this is not how real magick works. Yes, some witches are able to create storms and by extension lightning, but inhaling who knows what is more likely to injure the caster then produce what the rest of us know as a fantasy idea.
