1:grab a feather of your choice, and place it in your hands

2:CONCENTRATE ON THE ENERGY flowing through the feather into your hand.

3:chant 4x:"oh wind, oh wind. Give me the power and ability to control you. oh by the power of thee so mote it be."

4:keep the feather with you AT All times
