Look in the water and think
about the controls you can do with it
Like shape it, control it, jet blasts (when the water
splashes), etc
Hold it up to you
Say this spell 3x

Spell:
The power of the ocean
The power of waves
Give me the power to control the blue
To control the water
I shall (how you want to control it)
I call unto you
The power of the h2o
Give me the power to control you
To control the water
That shall last (forever/your time)
I wish for hydrokinesis
After 2 days
So mote it be

Notes:
The water can be either hot or cold
The water can be in a cup, bowl, etc

For (How you want to control it), it is
in the instructions, shaping, jet blasts, etc

For the longevity, you can put forever or a time
you want your powers to be gone like 3 years, 1 decade, etc
