There are magical rules ie think how pheobe used that smart spell it back fired sames with money magic

This is fake and does not work. If you want to be a Witch, you practice Witchcraft. You can use chants, certain herbs or crystals to enhance your energy when you cast. You do not call to Witches for power and suddenly become an all powerful Witch.
