Then when you go to bed you will be something else when you wake.

If i for example were to want to be reborn as a boy would i get boy memories? Or will i know nothing about being a boy.

A spell won't make you reincarnate into someone/something else. Reincarnation works after death. The exact process isn't known and there are many schools of thought, but basically, you can choose after you die [or, the divine chooses for you, but some believe in soul contracts and having some level of choice in the matter. Point is, it's after death, not before] This could work as a way to reinvent yourself. Say you've always been into traditional beauty standards and have found an alternative style that really speaks to you. A spell like this one would help you step into this new version of yourself and find acceptance in your new identity.
