First put your hands a few inches away from each other, and become centered in body and mind. If you focus the feelings on your hands you will feel a repelling motion, almost as if there's to magnets pushing themselves away from each other. Sometimes you will feel a warm feeling or it will feel like snakes are slithering on your hands, this is how to feel energy.
