Sit cross-legged.

Close your eyes and listen to the ringing in your ears.

Focus on the ringing while you stare into the darkness.

Now picture in your minds eye, your entering the darkness, as if it were a tunnel, and just start walking.

The whole time you listen for the ringing, following it through the darkness
