With your hands/wand make a circle around your eyes 2 times 

Tap your forehead point to your feet point to your left shoulder then right shoulder 

Repeat while saying the spell as many times you deem nescasary 

"I beg thee God of Sleep 

Let me fastly fall asleep" 

I did this about 3-5 times and passed out 2 minutes afterwards.
