Accept my humble offering of rainwater from previous rainings, caught in a tall jar please!" May take a while to know if they accepted your offering.
note you can substitute for regular jar.

I swear I've seen these words before... down to the offering of rainwater in a jar. I can't be bothered to redo my explanation of why this doesn't work if the author doesn't bother putting a twist on an already existing spell.
Weather magic requires much more energy than this chant offers. If you wish to work with a god/goddess, sending what's essentially a mass-forwarded email to every weather deity is a terrible idea. If they even entertain your offering, you will receive conflicting signs from the various deities you're trying to contact, making things much more confusing. It's best to research one in particular and personalize your offering to what they specifically respond to. And no, it will not start raining when you are feeling sad, as manipulating the weather requires much more work than that.
Edit: This is just a repost of a spell from an alternate account? Is self-plagiarism even a thing? Why repost the same spell twice across various accounts? If all you wanted to do was change the title of it, why did you need another account to do it? Was your old one gagged or deleted?
You cannot control weather by saying ''I want to control weather.'' Weather spells require a lot of energy because of how massive in scale weather is. If possible, it typically requires a coven working together If a person, its because they have been practicing for years or have a natural affinity towards it. Even then, most weather spells are coincidental. Rain was forecasted in an an area, clouds were parting when you requested sun. The only plausible is wind, but you need to connect with the element of air and once you do, do not expect to conjure tornadoes on a whim, more a gust of air.
