This is unfortunately a pretty useless patch of information. By the language of the posting it seems very inspired by Harry Potter as it references school, years (like gradrs) and sorting.

To start, magic is a practice of learning is modeled after faith rather than scholastics. If you are looking for a structured, organized faith then groups are usually made of Covens (small groups) led by priests/priestess who are ideally initiated and ordained in some official capacity under the banner of a particular practice. And together they form an overall priesthood/religion with methods of initiation and instruction based on experience, learning, and contribution.

(For some reason half my post disappeared) Addendum; There are casual or friend groups that can come together, but they tend to have even less structure and are usually formed simply because of shared or common interests, and don't have any associations at all with achievements of learning let alone a structure of roles and support within the group.

This is utter nonsense. There is no ''Wicca school'' like Hogwarts or Cackles Academe. While some provide online courses, many are not necessary. Purchase a well regarded beginners guide and read that. If you are unable to purchase a book, check your library, or check with Google. There are plenty of videos on YouTube which can help. A spell also does not grant you Magik. Magik is in everyone and everything. Through consistent energy work, you'll learn to tap into and control this energy which is required to make spells work. You can write out your intentions, this would be a form of manifestation Magik utilizing the Law of Attraction. But simply saying you want something will not grant you it. You have to work for it. Setting your intention tells the universe what you will achieve and help you learn quicker.
