Does this work ?

You cannot physically travel through time. Regardless, as outlined, this is pure nonsense and does not work.

Is this a spell? Or am I making a seafood dish?

Perhaps I can try cooking this and see how it goes. The laptop doesn't sound very edible though...

It could be both. This specific spell won't work because you can't physically time travel [maybe through meditation] but you can infuse your cooking with magick and turn it into a spell [that's what kitchen witchcraft is] Research the magickal properties of the food you're consuming and see if a combination could work as a spell. Apple pie is a love spell [cinnamon, nutmeg, apples, sugar all have love properties, you would simply charge energy as you stir and set your intention] pumpkine spice lattes are prosperity spells [pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger bring wealth and good fortune, coffee adds extra energy to a spell, and depending on the type of milk or non-dairy milk you use, it can further aid the spell] Just hold the cup, infuse it with magickal energy, maybe say/think a blessing and drink it while imagining your desired outcome.
