There's a difference. While one could use a black hole or technology to teleport, it doesn't mean humans do so naturally. It's the same as flight. We've invented airplanes, but it doesn't mean we can physically fly. Teleportation spells claim you say some words and poof, you're on the other side of the world, which isn't something humans can do by nature. They can't say ''I want to be on the other side of the world'' and then a black hole appears and they're teleported. It has to be part of human nature, which physical teleportation isn't.
Ever seen Doctor Strange? At the beginning when he's floating outside his body? That's his astral form. It's not your spirit but it's similar to your spirit leaving your body to travel around. Your physical is in a meditation while your astral self leaves and goes to other places on earth, other planets, or planes of existence.
As stated above, this will not work because humans cannot will themselves to physically teleport. It goes against our nature. A black hole opening up and teleporting a human to another place is not something humans can control by mere willpower, ergo this spell is ineffectual.
