Chant this 6 times,

"Your luck is out".

Don't scream if she appears. Or she will kill you on the spot.

"Miss Vera, Miss Vera
Come to Earth!
So Mote it Be!"

That spell look scary

I highly doubt this works. If you wish to try it, be sure to protect yourself and know how to banish so you can get rid of whatever you summon.
