To banish my bullies, right the wrong.

They flee from me, far and wide,

No more pain, no shame to hide.

 

Invisible shield, now I command,

Surrounds me firm, takes a stand.

Their words and actions cannot reach,

Their power over me I now impeach.

Forever gone, never to return,

Their influence I now burn.

 

Their cruelty ends, now and here,

Their voices silenced, crystal clear.

They leave my life, they leave my space,

No more suffering, no more disgrace.

From this moment, I decree,

They shall never bother me.

 

I am protected, I am free,

From all their hurt and misery.

Stress and fear, I cast away,

My peace and strength is here to stay.

Their hold is broken, forever gone,

This is my power, my new dawn.

 

No more depression, no suicidal thoughts,

Their negativity is unsought.

I claim my joy, I claim my might,

Their darkness flees before my light.
