1. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to calm and center yourself. Create a mental image of your loved one. Imagine this person wrapped in pure light.

2. While you hold this picture in your mind, say aloud three times:

''[Name] is protected by Diving White Light. S/he is safe and sound at all times and in all situations.''

3. Repeat this spell as often as you wish. (Note: You can protect yourself this way, too.)
