Write your weaknesses on the paper then fold towards then bury it. Then say "My weaknesses are buried here and they shall not bother no longer they have died and will longer come back"

You could use this chant to motivate and inspire you as you work to overcome your ''weaknesses'', on its own, it will not be very effective.
