This spell allows you to chill someone with a touch.

Casting Instructions for 'Frozen touch'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Voice
  • Your hand

Close your eyes. Hold your dominant hand palm out in front of your face and relax it. Imagine your hand growing colder, colder, and feel your hand tingle. Then chant three times:

"let my hand grow cold as ice,

Let those whom i touch feel my vice."

 

Then place your hand on someone's skin and see their reaction. Note that it is best to do this spell as soon as possible before touching someone for maximum effect.

My hand got hot 0_0

Ground your energy as you do this and it should work. Do not expect to shoot ice, or freeze people with your touch. I do not think the chant is necessary.
